Our mooring in Troy was at Riverside Park, a lovely spot with sculpture, an ampitheater, walking paths, restaurants, good access to the downtown. The flag pole near the Green Island Bridge was inserted in an impressive ground-level plaque of the Hudson River Estuary which included a relief of the river/estuary (including bridges) and this helpful locater.
